What we clean

If it's outside, I can wash it.

You've noticed it — the green creeping up the north side, the driveway that used to be white, the deck you don't put chairs on anymore. You don't need a lecture about curb appeal. You need the right equipment to show up once and handle it. That's the whole job.

House & Siding Wash

That green film isn't dirt — it's algae, and it's eating your siding's finish. Soft wash for vinyl, aluminum and wood: low pressure, right chemicals, no damage. The color you forgot your house was, back in one visit.

Most homes: done in an afternoon.

Driveways & Concrete

Tire marks, oil, moss in the joints, and that overall gray that makes even a nice house look tired. Surface-cleaned back to poured-this-year bright — usually the biggest before/after on the whole property.

The one neighbors ask about after.

Decks & Patios

If you've stopped using your deck because it looks rough, that's exactly the job I like. Years of gray buildup stripped to clean wood — ready for summer, or prepped for stain. Patios and stamped concrete too.

See the deck below? That's real. One visit.

Gutters

Cleared, flushed, flowing — plus exterior brightening that takes the black streaks off the gutter face, which is half of what makes a roofline look dirty.

Add to any wash — cheapest upgrade on the list.

How it works

1
Text me a photo of the dirty thing.
Driveway, siding, deck — whatever it is.
2
I text back a price.
Usually same day. No site visit needed for most jobs, no "someone will contact you."
3
I show up and do it.
Same person you texted. If something's not right, I come back and make it right.

Who shows up

Hi, I'm Dustin.

I started Piehl's Power Washing three years ago and I still show up to every job myself. No crews rushing through the job — just me, doing it right.

You text me, I text back. If something's not right, I come back and make it right.

Good questions

Things people ask before booking.

How much does it cost?
Every job is priced individually — a small driveway and a full two-story house wash aren't the same job, so I don't do one-size-fits-all pricing. Text me a photo and I'll text back a real number, usually the same day. Quotes are always free and there's no obligation.
Will it damage my siding, plants, or paint?
No — this is the biggest thing that separates doing it right from renting a machine. Siding gets a soft wash: low pressure with the right cleaning solution doing the work, not blasting force. Concrete gets the strong stuff because concrete can take it. Plants and landscaping get rinsed before and after so nothing sits on them.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as I can reach the work area and an outdoor water spigot, you can be at work, on vacation, wherever. Most customers just get before/after pictures texted to them when it's done.
What do you need from me on the day?
Just two things: a working outdoor spigot, and the work area reasonably clear — cars off the driveway if I'm doing concrete, furniture off the deck if I'm doing the deck. If something can't be moved, no problem, tell me and I'll work around it.
What if it rains?
Light rain usually doesn't stop a wash — sometimes it actually helps. If the weather's bad enough to affect the quality of the job, I'll text you the day before and we'll pick a new day. No phone tag, no wondering.
How often should a house be washed?
Around here, once a year is the sweet spot — Southwest Michigan's humidity is why the green algae comes back, especially on north-facing sides and anything shaded by trees. An annual wash keeps it from ever getting a foothold, and it's cheaper and easier than letting it build up for five years.
